• Einladung zum BMBF-Innovationsforum "Zivile Sicherheit" vom 17. bis zum 19. April 2012 in Berlin
  Das Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) veranstaltet das erste BMBF-Innovationsforum "Zivile Sicherheit". Die gemeinsame Konferenz zum Sicherheitsforschungsprogramm der Bundesregierung steht unter dem Leitmotiv "Sicherheit in einer offenen Gesellschaft" und findet vom 17. bis 19. April 2012 im Tagungszentrum Café MOSKAU in Berlin statt.

• Kabinett beschließt Rahmenprogramm "Forschung für die zivile Sicherheit 2012-2017"
  Das Bundeskabinett hat ein neues Rahmenprogramm "Forschung für die zivile Sicherheit" für 2012 bis 2017 beschlossen. Mit diesem neuen, ressortübergreifenden Rahmenprogramm verfolgt die Bundesregierung das Ziel, die Sicherheit der Bürgerinnen und Bürger sowie lebenswichtiger Infrastrukturen für Waren, Verkehr und Kommunikation zu erhöhen. Dabei soll eine verantwortungsvolle Balance zwischen Sicherheit und Freiheit gewahrt werden.
